trouble receiving upload

Hello Mixamo Community Experts,

 

I’m encountering a new upload failure with Mixamo. The page displays:

“Sorry, we had trouble receiving your upload..”

and the browser console reports a 500 Internal Server Error.

 

This issue just appeared and affects all uploads. I’m bumping this thread to keep the pressure on and to solicit direct feedback from those familiar with Mixamo’s backend:

•What’s the likely root cause?

•Are there any interim workarounds?

•Any estimate on when an official fix will be deployed?
