Unable to import FBX model

I'm trying to importfbx with model but i have an error "Sorry unable to map your existing skeleton" can someone help me? i've put the model in attach.

remove the mess of bones
place groin marker below the arms [because your model has very long arms]
note the weight map error is part of your model and Mixamo can't fix that but other software can
