Unable to rig on IPad Pro

Yay for you and thanks but I just left an 8 year run at Apple, very familiar with Apple support articles, could probably quote them by heart. I merely don't understand why this is not working because of course, I didn't support Adobe products. Often heard customers speak of the either silence or rudeness of some Adobe folk. I thought they were just being facetious. And I have 6 iPads, Mac, 3 iPhones and we could go on.  That all means nothing. I just asked if someone got this to work. You nor anyone else (but I can at least appreciate their silence in parallel to your responses) has said yes, I got it to work, this is what I did.  
only thing I can think is you have no idea you come across rude and condescending. Just help or don't, but the rest is not needed.

Well you can't  plug a mouse into an iPad first off. And drivers are not in play on an iPad either. Being that Mixamo is web based and I've been able to use other web based 3D modeling software and my touch screen still works fine, don't think anything is disabled. I'm still looking for someone who was using it and had it stop working and then was able to get it working again. No offense but looking for folk who actually have an iPad and has been working with this and has a solution or knows it's just no longer working because..sometimes that happens with Adobe.
