I modeled and uploaded the fireflies, but I keep getting the above error Do you know the solution?

  • the model does not have symmetry
  • its not human
  • i cant see the hands so not sure if there are 5 digits
  • there is no neck
  • not in T pose
  • the knees point is too high
  • the groin point is too high

i'd also check if the file is a standard Fbx... cant tell from a screengrab
