Thank you @alain_3044 for working with the team to figure out what the issue was.  While we are not 100% sure how, it boiled down to:

Somehow, you or someone installed your Adobe Apps with an admin configuration vs a CCI customer download via adobe.com as most do. It is also strange that it hapened to both your machines that had the issue.

For those that stumble on this topic and need a fix, here were the steps:

Start at the SYSTEM level Library... not the customer level...

  • Check this path and see if it contains the folder OOBE, and is there a Configs folder having a file named ServiceConfig.xml?
  • If NO, then the next steps do not apply and you may have another issue.
  • If yes, copy that file to Desktop
  • Then rename the ServiceConfig.xml file to something like old_ServiceConfig.xml
  • Type in machine password on admin prompt
  • Once renamed, reboot the machine
  • After reboot, login in again and wait for CCD to launch
  • Check if Beta apps are visible in CCD now

We hope this can help for anyone who sees this issue.

Thanks,

Thank you for the update.

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Hi @alain_3044 please make sure you have the latest version of CCD.  You can also log out of CCD and then log back in to see if that is the issue.

Thanks,

I have a LR and PS 20GB account as a personal user.
I've never had access to the beta versions on the Creative Cloud.

I'm using Mac 15.3.2 with an M2 Pro chip.

I also have a Mac mini with an M1 chip, and I don't have access either.

I'm attaching a screenshot so you can see that there's no trace of the beta version on my account.

Hi @alain_3044 a few questions, have you had access to Ps beta before, is this a new issue? What sort of account do you have... IT Admins can block access to beta apps for enterprise and edu accounts.

Let us know and we can see what might be happening for you.
