Flux and Nano Banana not generating layer despite full progress

Question

I’m part of an enterprise account and currently testing the latest Photoshop beta. Both Flux and Nano Banana models complete the generation process (the thermometer progress bar runs fully), but no layer is created afterwards — neither in the active document nor as a new one.

I already discussed this with the Adobe chat helpline on Monday, but the issue persists.
Could someone from the beta or Firefly team please confirm whether this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround?

Hi @.random.. for enterprise accounts your IT Admin needs to turn on this feature.

Enterprise Admins - need to enable the feature via the Non-Adobe generative AI models in the Admin Console
