How to install PS Beta in case it's not visible in Creative Cloud Desktop Application

Note - You must contact your IT administrator managing Adobe Admin Console.

  • The quickest fix is to create a package for PS BETA from your Adobe Admin Console and install it.

  • The most common reason why it may not be visible to you is because of the Self Service Policies that your Admin has applied to the product profile you are added to.
  • Admins must turn off (uncheck) the option "Make updates available 30 days after release, " which will display PS Beta version in CCDA for all users added to the particular product profile.

If the BETA section is not visible, you need to create a new Package from Admin Console and enable the option "Enable install of beta apps" during package creation which is documented here.

If PS CC Beta is still unavailable, please restart your machine after making the above changes.
