When I click generate, it goes til about 7% on the bar and cancels the operation. This is within the updated Photoshop Beta v 27.0.1 

A "Something went wrong, please try again later" error is generated every time a generate image prompt is used (both writing in my own prompt, or selecting a pre-made photoshop prompt, as well as writing in the tutorial one, word for word'). It loads for a couple of seconds before giving a "Something went wrong, please try again later" message with no additional context. This is also the case with generative images in a selected field, and 'generative expand' in the cropping function. Photoshop beta v25.9. Running on MacOS Ventura V13.5. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but this has not affected anything.

Generative filling starts running as usual, but then stops without generating anything.26.11.0sequoia 15.6.1

Whenever I try to use it, I get the following message:"Something went wrong, please try again."I've already tried the following troubleshooting steps:Restarting Photoshop - Updating to the latest version -Checking my internet connection - Logging out and back into my Adobe accountUnfortunately, none of these worked.I'm using the lateest version of adobe because I have an account, and I tried the bita version and I faced the same issueHas anyone else experienced this issue? Hi,arbeite seit über einem Jahr mit PS beta und hatte die aktuelle Version installiert. Heute morgen kam dann bei der KI-Generierung mit Firefly3 die Meldung "diese funktion ist zu dieser Zeit in deiner region nicht verfügbar". Das Generieren mit Flux und Nano Banana funktionierte aber. Wollte dann im CC Desktop auf updates prüfen, aber dort wird mir die App (PS beta) nicht mehr angezeigt. - Was kann ich tun? Hat noch jemand das Problem?Danke vorab!Dominik

I have a PS license but I can not intall beta.Can I just register a new Creative Cloud account and install the beta for free.

Hallo zusammen, Kann mir jemand bei folgendem Problem helfen? Am 1. September stürzte Photoshop Beta nach der Fertigstellung des beigefügten Screenshots ab und wurde nach einem Neustart wiederhergestellt. Seitdem kann ich weder aus Photoshop Beta noch aus Photoshop 2025 Bilder drucken. Das Drucken aus anderen Programmen funktioniert problemlos. Ich wäre dankbar für Tipps zur Behebung dieses Fehlers. Both Generative fill and Firefly have stopped working in the UK with the error message Example usage: cropping where the crop exceeds the image slightly.I am using the latest MAC (Ventura 13.7.8) and Photoshop (Beta) 26.10.0 both fully up to date.I have tried restarting Photoshop then the MAC. I have not downloaded any app recently.  It used to work well for many years.Any ideas?  Regards Paul

The cloud function of removing background is unstable and often has bugs

I have noticed that images generated using Artificial Intelligence (AI), specifically those I edit in Photoshop, consistently display digital noise or visual artifacts.Although I have tried using the upscaling features (such as 'Image Size' or 'Super Resolution') in Photoshop to mitigate this issue, the results are still not satisfactory.I would like to know what methods or techniques others use to effectively remove the noise from these AI-generated images, in order to achieve a cleaner and more professional finish.

Having just purchased a new laptop 2 weeks ago and, on downloading the apps under my Photography Plan and wanting to test out Photoshop (Beta), I find that both the "Beta" tab and "Photoshop (Beta)" are now longer appearing in the Creative Cloud desktop app but are showing on my mobile phone.  When I first installed all my apps on this new laptop Photoshop (Beta) was showing as was the "Beta" tab but no longer (not showing under "Pre-Release" tab either, only Illustrator (Beta)). I have tried all the fixes I could find on the Adobe site and forum and on the wider internet but nothing works.  In fact, one the Adobe fixes couldn't even be tried as going to "%AppData%\Adobe\OOBE" and opening the "OOBE" folder results in no file named "ServiceConfig.xml" which is what it said you had to delete...can't delete it if it doesn't exist. The new laptop is an MSI Ai 17 Pulse with AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 w/Radeon 890M / 32Gb RAM / Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8GB (Studio driver) 

I was Working in layers and making changes with the remove tool and the clone stamp tool  & masking , suddenly the image split like an old tv fault,  bands across the image pixelation and missing strips (vertical bands no pixels). the tools were lagging, slow &  jittery right be for the file split.closed with out saving, opened the origional image again same issue. file corrupted. I updated beta the issue has not re-occured. The interface however has its is brand new, filled with help menus and some sort of game-ified learning progression that is marking my progress. I find that to be annoying and offensive, it would be better I think  to have it available instead as a resource, perhaps a help menu. The tutorials and the people providing them are great clear easy to follow accurate and helpful. Aaron Nace from 2011 to today I thank you !

Hello Adobe Beta Team,I’m an active Firefly Premium subscriber with over 2000 generative credits, currently using Photoshop Beta v26.3 on Windows 11.When I try to generate with the Nano Banana (Gemini 2.5 Flash) model in Generative Fill, I consistently get the following message:> "El administrador del sistema no permite el acceso a esta función en este momento. Póngase en contacto con el administrador para obtener más información."This happens even after:- Changing my account region to the United States- Logging out and clearing UXP / Creative Cloud cache- Reinstalling Photoshop Beta (latest version)- Verifying my Firefly account and available creditsFirefly Premium and Flux Kontext work fine — only Nano Banana is blocked.It seems that my Adobe ID has not been whitelisted for the Nano Banana test group.Could you please verify my account and enable access to this model?Thank you very much for your help.Best regards,hola@altura.ad

I’m using the Generative Upscaler feature in Photoshop (beta), but it’s only increasing the image size, not the quality. How can I make it improve both size and quality?

Hi!I’ve been testing the Nano Banana feature in Photoshop Beta, but I now get the message “Upgrade to Premium” when trying to use it. I haven’t generated any images for several days, so the quota should have reset by now.I’m wondering if this limitation comes from Adobe’s side (not Google) and whether it’s temporary or if the test period has ended. Is there any way to reset or extend the Nano Banana access within the Beta?Thanks in advance!/Tobbe

Is there a problem with Nano Banana?When I select a small part of the image to edit it using AI, the result comes out with distorted dimensions — the edited part looks stretched, unlike other models.Nano Banana only works properly when I select the entire image, not just a portion of it. 

Hi Adobe Team,I’m currently using Adobe Photoshop (Beta) on macOS. The built-in Adobe Firefly models (Image 1 and Image 3) work perfectly, but I’m unable to access the partner AI models listed under “Models created by others.”When I select **Gemini 2.5 (Nano Banana)** or **FLUX Kontext Pro**, I receive this message:“Your system administrator isn't allowing access to this feature right now. Please contact them for more information.”It seems my account doesn’t have access permissions for these partner AI models yet.Could you please help check if my account can be enabled for these features, or confirm whether they are currently limited by region (I’m based in Vietnam)?

I’m part of an enterprise account and currently testing the latest Photoshop beta. Both Flux and Nano Banana models complete the generation process (the thermometer progress bar runs fully), but no layer is created afterwards — neither in the active document nor as a new one.I already discussed this with the Adobe chat helpline on Monday, but the issue persists.Could someone from the beta or Firefly team please confirm whether this is a known issue or if there’s a workaround?Thanks in advance.

HiI installed the photoshop beta a while back to test the generative AI technology.  A lot of that has been built into the normal version of Photoshop, which also has all my brushes and presets.  However I cannot set photos to open with the normal photoshop by default anymore. Double clicking on a photo opens in the Beta and I don't want this.I went to uninstall the Photoshop Beta from my creative cloud but see that is not an option.  How do I get out of the photoshop beta? 

Seeing this every now and again. PS.  26.11.0 Sequoia 15.6.1When I hit "Select All" or "Deselect" I get and error — "Could not complete the Select Canvas command because of a program error."Restart seems to solve it, but I wanted to report the error.   (Damn, when I posted it it went to "disscusions" not "bugs". No idea jow to change that.) 

Up until today the harmonize feature would appear as expected into the contextutal task bar, but now it's just not there.It is up to date and nothing changed that I know of, and I have 500/500 AI credits.I attached a screenshot showing it's not there. Anyone have an idea? I need to use it ASAP for class.Much love
