Hi

I try to open Photoshop and Photoshop Beta and also Illustrator. None of those app open. It just block on "reading preferences".

It was working perfectly three days ago so I don't get it.
I uninstalled but it did nothing when I reinstalled.
I'm on Mac Mini. Sonoma 14.5

Any idea?

Thanks

Best

Hi @SA2024 please use the CCD cleaner tool:

https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html

Then reinstall Ps/Ps beta and let us know if this solves this issue.

Thanks,

Hi @CShubert

I didn't try to reinstall the Beta… I think I will stay away from them now!
Every app works fine now that I don't have any Beta.
Thanks

@SA2024 reset your preferences they may be corrupted. Hold Shift+Ctrl+Opt+Cmd prior to the startup screen. It will ask if you want to reset your preferences.
