Photoshop beta 26.8 opens files and they appear black

I just updated to Camera Raw 17.3.1 and Photoshop (Beta 26.8). Camera Raw is working normally, but I open the file in Photoshop beta, it appears completely black.

No matter the file format (psd, tiff, jpg, etc.) or whether it goes through Camera Raw first or not, Photoshop vBeta 26.8 opens a black image.

NOTE: If I open the file in regular Photoshop (v26.6) everything works normally.

I just updated the Ps beta to 26.8 (Win 11) and now, no matter what type of image I open into the Ps beta UI, the Neural Filters are grayed out in the Filter menu. They're completely inaccessible!

I hope there's a way to roll back to the previous beta. This is a serious bug and I had a time sensitive project I was trying to complete.

I am having the same problem and in spite of seeing elsewhere on this subject that the problem has been fixed, I reverted back to an older version of Beta (worked fine) and then reinstalled the latest update and still having the same problem? I don't know what to do at this point.  UPDATE: Fixed!

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
