Photoshop Beta Generative Fill "Problem Occurred. Please try Again."

Whenever I try to use the generative fill button I get this error. I've tested accross a few photos and prompts, including an empty prompt.

    Is your Adobe account part of an edu or teams?  It could be restricted by the IT admin:
