recurring problem with Beta and Regular version since Beta downoad

So far, so good Cory. Ill try it again in the morning and see if it is still working. I hope this was the thing. 

I click the photoshop button. It opens the app, then nothing will open. There is no work flow. Losing the Wacom doesn’t fix it and it’s not merely a photoshop issue. Adobe is seized up. I didn’t realize it until I tried to use Fresco as well as regular photoshop and beta photoshop. It’s like photoshop beta gave me credentials or something that hates windows 11 or some other crazy thing. I have nothing that would cause magnetic radiation interference near my device. Clean factory reset and killing all files on my computer, then reinstalling all drivers for everything doesn’t help. Then reinstalling Adobe and reinstalling all Adobe apps to their updated states doesn’t fix it. My $4,000 computer was custom built for this kind of media. It worked perfectly until I installed photoshop beta. I’m on the list for Firefly. I save files to both my computer and the cloud. Opening either gives the same nothing result. My computer runs all non Adobe programs flawlessly. All things considered, it feels like an account issue. I’m not trying to insult you. I’m sure your great at your job. My guess revolves around the evidence of a problem after the computer wipe and your team in India making sure that my computer is working in all ways that matter. It’s obviously not topical and my ignorance obviously negates any real weight given to my guess. I hope we get it figured out soon. I appreciate you and your team. Thank you for the help

Hi @Chasity5ED1 team is asking for workflow... so, as it is now, give us a walkthrough of your steps when this error shows.

Next, are you saving to cloud or local?

If you do NOT use your WACOM and no drivers for it, do you have the same error/issue?

The new Beta did not solve the issue. Sorry, this is such a complicated problem. I may need to find another suite of programs. I hate it. I love Adobe.

Also the steps that you have mentioned have been done multiple times by me and your team in India. I have gone as far as to factory reset my computer twice in the middle of all this problem. After both times, all graphics drivers on my computer as well as my settings have been updated by your team. Your tech department cant fix it, so I brought it to you. Whatever this is, it is way out of my leage and beyond your lower tear tech guys. On top of that your tech department is a musical chair system that rarely reads the notes of the last guy. I had this computer built by Digital Storm specifically to run these things as I am starting a business that uses most of Adobe, which I love. I am a long time fan of your company and your dedication to the digital space. This problem is more unique than drivers and settings. If I am having this issue, then others are as well. Your tech department in India wont escilate the issue for reasons beyond my understanding. Ill send a video of the poblem if you like, however you might gain more clarity by remotely poking around my system and doing some troubleshooting.

The problem is that the Wacom will only use its own internal stuff. The PC uses different stuff. I brought that up multiple times with multiple Adobe technitians. They were suprised, agreed that I was right and told me that it wasnt an issue. One got frustrtated with me and just told me to contact microsoft if i needed further help. I am sory about the personal info. I just responded to your message and didnt realise that It was public. I guess I was just excited to get a person that was helping me.
