Adobe Beta 24.7

Regular version 24.6

Windows 11 Pro , 23H2 , OS Build 22631.2048

13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900K 3.00 GHz

32.0 GB (31.7 GB usable)

64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Since I downloaded the Beta version of Adobe Photoshop, saving files locks up photoshop. I have been through 9 Adobe technitians and they cant figure it out. They wont let me talk to anyone above them and all run he same script to fix the issue. I havent been ble to use photoshop for over a month and since the techs wont escilate the issue and I never get the same one, I am not allowed to get the help I need. Things I have tried to fix the issue are

Clean wipe and factory reset of my computer

Multiple uninstalls and reinstalls of the programs. (This is an Adobe programs issue, not just an Adobe Beta one)

Updated all drivers for display adapters and operating system, plus anything the techs decided to download on my PC

Removal of periferie devices for magnetic radiation interferance

Used my PC and Wacom monitors seperately (Both have different graphics cards and the Wacom is dedicated to the Wacom)

Opted into and run without windows beta drivers and accessory programs or features

I am trying to start a business and I need photoshop. The adobe tech department cant help and wont help me find those that can. I have even demanded to see a supervisor. They refuse to let me past heir polite, defiant, resounding no. If I am experiencing this, then others are as well. [personal information removed as per forum guidelines]

Hi @Chasity5ED1 sorry that you are having such issues. You say this all started when you downloaded Ps beta, is that true?  I am sorry that you may have answered some of these questions before but we need to find out when this issue for you started.

Your Adobe subscription appears fine and so we can move on to your computer/software issue.

1. Are you able to open Ps release versions: Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.7.0 20230719.r.643 efe3886 x64. If so, can you open or work on a file and save it and do you have any issues here?

2. Could you share a video of your workspace as you attempt to do your workflow showing what you are doing when this happens?

It may help if we could see your Photoshop beta System Info. Launch Photoshop beta, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.
