Removal Tool question

Just discovered when using the Remove Tool in PS Beta (26.6) I am unable to increase image size in Navigator slider, once an object is selected. However, I can using the keyboard Shift + "+" key.

Correct answer Pablo.S

Hi @westdr1dw thanks for your feedback. Once the Remove tool enters the detection phase, the application is in a semi-suspension state. In the semi-suspension state, the Navigator panel stops working temporarily until the user applys the change to complete the removal. Most application menus are also temporarily grayed out in the semi-suspension sate.

The zoom in/out keyboard shortcuts are an exception and remain enabled during the semi-suspension state. This allows users to apply keyboard shortcuts to navigate the document that also update the Navigator panel controls. This is consistent with your feedback.

To sum up, the issue mentioned in this post is the expected behavior for the Remove tool during the detection phase.

Thanks

CShubert;

Do you really need a video to show what I have explained in detail? Tried to upload, however, will only accept a URL it appears. Just want to know if this is normal behavior be added to the "to do" list or no action needed. Not a show stopper as there is a work around. Thanks.

CShubert; When I am using the Remove tool and select and object. In Navigator I am unable to zoom in on the image. However, using the keyboard CTRL "+" I am able to zoom in on the image. Is this normal behavior.
