The generative fill does not work at all

I updated my Photoshop, checked how to fix this issue and followed all the steps . The generative fill in my photoshop does the same thing as each time I click "Generate". it just keeps loading and the green bar is filled fully without anything appears.

    Hi @Xiaozhou33112078ejpl we see you have an .edu email and it is possible that your school's IT admin is blocking the beta as they have this ability.  Please contat them and share this link as to what to do to solve this:

      I believe that a lot of people are having issues with Generative Fill, so it is likely that the issue is not at your end.  The Ai features are putting an imense load on the Adobe servers (there are 30 million people with a Creative Cloud subscription, so we might need to be patient till things are sorted out.  It will happen eventually.
