Question

To access Firefly-powered features within Adobe apps, you must have genuine Adobe apps

Hello,

I am using an Adobe account provided by my school, and I was previously able to use Firefly-powered features without any issues. However, a few days ago, I started receiving the following message when trying to access these features:

"To access Firefly-powered features within Adobe apps, you must have genuine Adobe apps."

I have already tried reinstalling Adobe Creative Cloud, but the issue persists. Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?

Hi @.334381236z2l it is possible your IT Admin has blocked the beta app. Please reach out to them and make sure nothing has changed for you and your access.

Does this mean that the creative cloud suite will need to be re-installed by the Admin?
