why does it say "feature is turned off" when i try to Generate Fill

this message appears when i click on generate.

I've tried, updating the software, reinstalling, using another wifi for internet. But it seems this pop up still appears and I'm unable to generate 😞 please help

Hi @Juliana32181567951s it is likely because your IT Admin has blocked the beta or its updates...

@efficient_captain1991 please see the link above. You have an enterprise account and your IT Admin's have the ability to block beta apps or their updates. We also see your account as over the max allowed for storeage, so have your IT team look into this as well.
