Please check their status here, https://status.adobe.com; Also, if you are using Chrome, try using Firefox or Edge, and vice versa. Sometimes, subtle differences in how browsers handle file uploads can bypass a specific issue. And even  clearing the cookies, cache and history can sometimes resolve unexpected glitches in web applications by forcing a fresh connection to the server.
