뉴럴필터 사용이 안됩니다. 컴퓨터 사양에는 문제 없고, 포토샵 정품 사용중입니다.

Try these things & let me know the outcomes:

Try to redownload the Neural filter library by going to this location on Windows: %appdata%\Roaming\Adobe\UXP\PluginsStorage\PHSP\24\Internal\https://adobe.ly/46W2vu9\PluginData

Try Photoshop Beta from the Creative Cloud desktop app - the Neural filter models will be downloaded separately.
