Hey, @funny_Larkee79. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more information to help you figure this out. Please share the system information from Photoshop Help > System Info. Copy and paste it into a text document, then upload and attach it here.

Does this happen after a specific set of uses or a specific layer structure?

In Photoshop, go to Edit > Image Processing & set the Remove Tool Processing to More stable.

Also, please test and confirm if the issue exists with Photoshop (Beta). You can get Photoshop (beta) from the Creative Cloud > Apps tab > Beta Apps section.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks!

위와 같은 똑같은 증상이 발생합니다. 여긴 학교 입니다. 학생들 피시에도 같은 문제가 발생합니다.

    확실한 조취방법을 가르쳐 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

    Hi @funny_Larkee79,

Sorry for the delayed follow-up. Thank you for confirming that the same Remove Tool error occurs on multiple student computers at your school.

Since multiple computers in the same environment are affected, could you please try two targeted tests on one affected computer:

    • Disconnect from the school network and temporarily connect to a mobile hotspot, then test the Remove Tool again.

    • Let us know whether the Windows username/profile name contains Korean or other non-English characters. If possible, test once from a Windows account whose username contains only English characters.

Please also update one test computer to the latest Photoshop v27.11 and share Help > System Info > Copy from that machine.

Since your school uses an Adobe Teams/organization account, I would also recommend asking your school’s Adobe administrator to open a support case through the Adobe Admin Console. Adobe Customer Care can work directly with your administrator and investigate your school’s specific deployment, licensing, network, and system configuration across the affected computers.

Instructions for contacting Adobe Customer Care through the Admin Console are available here:

You’re welcome to continue working with us here as well. If you share the results of the tests above, I’ll continue investigating from the Community side.

    Best,
    Anshul Saini
