25.3.1 - recent issue appeared in Action Batch Automation: Could not open because...

I am on Win 10 Pro, and used to switch back to Desktop view as soon as PS starts an Action automation job.
I've just noticed that some image files cause to stop the Action automation due to the error: Could not open because there isn't enough room to dock it on this monitor.

Contrary and interestingly, the same Action finishes its job succesfully, if PS is active on the monitor.

This issue just started!

Hi, did you try other screen modes? floating, etc.

Never tried because before that issue there was no problem.

After the downgrade to 20.0.9 all back to normal.

Did you change the preferences as indicated in the alert?

Why does the Action open that file? Could this possibly be replaced, by placing the file for example?

Absolutely yes.

Probably compatibilty issue.

PS CC 2019 release works as it should be without the mentioned issue.

Could you post a screenshot of the fully expanded Action in the Actions Panel?

What is the function of that jpg in the Action?
