3D Greyed out despite photoshop having access to GPU

My 3D option at the top bar of the screen near the "windows" and "plugins" tab is gone, additionally, when I bring up the 3D panel it's also greyed out despite having access to my GPU. I'm using a brand new Laptop and usually on my PC the 3D tab is there and it works! PLEASE HELP!

    Yes Adobe completely removed the 3D menu in photoshop 2024 (ps ver 25.4) as part of depreciating 3D in photoshop.

    If you want fully working 3D in photoshop then you can install photoshop 2021 (ps ver 22.2) from the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Application.

    They do not want you to have the feature, so they make it harder to use. By the 2025 version they completely removed the feature because they are working up a new way to promote another application that they can charge you more for. Adobe is really not customer friendly at all.
