A prompt issue and not a prompt issue

Question

So i have created a black and white image then I wanted to put a woman wearing a bright red dress. Then I wanted to change the skin tone of the woman to black and white. So I selected just her and it got me the prompt issue. The exact phrase was "woman with black and white skin tone." But when I just put in "black and white skin tone" I didn't get a prompt issue.

If you are referring to generative fill, that would not be the right tool for the job.

Use Select > Color Range and or other selection methods to create a selection of the red dress.

Then add a Hue/Saturation adjustment layer to desaturate the woman, it will use the selection as a mask.
