a random blue box appeared and now I can t get rid of it,

I was trying to combine my layers together and then this appeared, How can I fix this??

@minerva_7359 that looks like a GPU issue. Try going to Photoshop Settings/Performance/and turning of GPU compositing. Does the box go away?
