About Additional Layer in PSD

Adobe Photoshop File Formats Specification

The information in the above URL indicates that "Additional Layer Information" exists at the end of "Layer and Mask Information Section". And "Layer records" doesn't have "Additional Layer Information" at the end of it. ( "Layer records" ends with layer names. )

But, if you scroll down, you can find the sentence "Additional Layer Information" and the message "These exist at the end of the layer records structure" is written just below.

Which one is correct ?

Is it sometimes followed by "Layer and mask information section" ?

Actually I tried to read PSD and found the data of "Additional Layer Information" at the end of "Layer records".

Is this information correct ? Or is the file broken ?

Regrettably, I solved it without the help of Adobe employees.

You should give more better customer desk.
