Hi, I had an adobe creative cloud account with my school last year. The account ended once I graduated. Now I am applying for schools and need to build a portfolio but I no longer have acces to anything in my creative cloud. How can I acces my old media?

As Ged said - try contacting your school, but also note the following:

When an account is cancelled - storage above 2GB is automatically deleted after 30 days, so depending on the time since your school account ended you may already have lost files. In addition, if there is no activity on the cancelled account, then Adobe email the owner with a warning and then delete the remaining files. That warning email though would go to your school not your personal email so you may not have received it.

Too late for you, but for anyone else coming up to a similar situation, download your creative cloud files to local storage before your educational account ends. If you then take out a personal account, you can upload them to that account once it is up and running.

@emerson_6866 have you tried contacting the old school to see if they can give you temporary access to your account
