Action Shortcuts Not Working

I also just tried uninstalling the latest update and going back to 25.12 and my action shortcuts still aren't working.

I'm using windows 11.

No this only recently started happening, I'm assuming after an automatic update.

I'm not sure a video will help as literally nothing happens when I use a keyboard shortcut so there is nothing to see?

Tried resetting preferences, loaded my actions again, created shortcuts, and they still didn't work.
