Action to crop images doesn't "remember" specific sizes

I’m using an iMac running Photoshop 27.4.0. I’ve done this a million times over the years. But it’s not working now. I have a set of images. I need to crop them all down to a specific size. I create the action to do this… and it works on that ONE image I used to create the action. Then, when I run the action on the rest of the images… it does nothing. When I open the action, I see that the height and width section of the crop part of the action… shows nothing. What is going on? Thanks!

Hey there! It’s a known bug in Photoshop v27.4.0

You can fix it by disabling the “Modern user interface” from Preferences > Technology Previews

Thank you SO much! I searched, but didn’t see any info about this. Apparently I wasn’t using the right search terms!

    Anyway, this worked perfectly.
