Actions and shortcuts reset

My computer recently updated to Photoshop22 (I'm using CreativeCloud), and my presets, actions and shortcuts have all disapeared!

Anyone have ideas about what to do?

I'm a little rusty with Photoshop these days, so sorry if this is a dumb question!

In addition to the application presets or user presets folders, you may find your unsaved actions in the .psp file as mentioned here:

The following script can help open these various folders, which may be hidden:
