The actions will work fine as long as every command and feature that they use has not changed since CS6. But a number of things in Photoshop have changed over the last 13 years, so there is a chance that some actions will fail.

It all depends on which specific features each action uses. For example, if an action tries to run Shake Reduction, well, that feature was completely removed…an action can’t run a feature that’s gone.
