Add font to Cloud library

I have somehow managed to do it once, but unfortunately it is not editable, does anyone know how to do this? I think I did it through express. Would be very helpful. Thanks

Im using the latest Photoshop version.

Also I need to add font to library page. The font is from Adobe.
