Hi again.

It's not clear what you are asking for. Would you like to apply various paper textures?

There are already a great many such textures if you search.

Photoshop has always been able to do this. You just need to decide where you want to make these changes.

If yo give us more information with examples and possibly screen shots, I think we'd be better placed to help you.

What I meant to suggest was that whenever we scan a paper and adjust the brightness and contrast of its image... Photoshop should have some preset adjustments so that we can select and adjust the color, brightness, contrast of the scanned paper at once... Photoshop has already provided many presets for adjustments for photos but no preset has been provided for scanned papers... If we can adjust using a preset in Photoshop then it would be super best.
