Add Right-Click Brush Size Adjustment in Remove Tool

Photoshop has always been appreciated for its intuitive features, and one such example is the ability to adjust brush size quickly by right-clicking when using tools like the Brush Tool, Clone Stamp, etc. This small feature makes a big difference in workflow efficiency.

However, I’ve noticed that this convenient right-click brush size adjustment is not available in the Remove Tool. Currently, we need to go to the top toolbar or use shortcuts to change the brush size, which is slightly less intuitive compared to other tools.

My suggestion: Please add the right-click brush size adjustment option in the Remove Tool as well, just like other brush-based tools. This will not only improve consistency across tools but also enhance the ease of use, especially for users who prefer visual, on-the-spot control.

Sameer;

Thanks, however, I am referencing the ability to resize image. I know I can use the bracket tool to resize the Removal tool. Try selecting an object with the Removal tool. Now CTRL + or using the Navigation tool attempt to resize the image. The issue came up previously and an Adobe employee stated it was locked down when Removal tool has targeted an object. A request is to remove constraints. Thanks

Thanks for the additional feedback. In my workflow, I keep the 'Remove after each stroke' option unchecked, which allows me to draw precisely with the remove tool > use space (hand tool) or alt + mouse wheel to pan and zoom, respectively.

Please feel free to post a separate idea for this behavioral constraint in the Remove tool so that it receives attention and upvotes from other users and experts.

Thanks!

A suggestion is to free up additional tools when using the Remove tool. Currently the Remove Tool is constricted. Unable to resize Image

Hi @Abhishek2883109416yf, @davescm & @westdr1dw! Thanks for starting the conversation and adding the votes.

You can use ALT + Right Click + drag horizontally to see the red circle overlay to see the brush size. The Brush tool has various adjustable properties, and the Remove tool only has brush size.

Let me know if this helps.

Above is 100% best possible way od adjusting the brush size regardless of the tool! I dont think I've ever seen anyone resizing their brushes through the right click menu in my 20+ years career...
