Adding a brand package to Photoshop desktop?

Is there a way to add a brand package (design elements, color palettes, graphics) to (paid) Adobe Photoshop? I know Canva has a similar function to add the elements for later use in creating Social Media graphics, but cannot seem to find anything on this.

FYI I am aware PS express has a function.
