Adding Old Topaz Plugins

I just downloaded teh Lr & Ps app on my Laptop and I am have trouble installing Topaz plug-ins. I contacted Topaz and they gave be instuctions. They said I needed to go to "Edit>Preferences>Plug-ins" they also mentioned that I needed to verify thatthe "Additional Plug-ins Folder" was enabled. I cannot locate that. Anyone know were I can find that?

Which version of Lightroom and Photoshop do you have installed?

Which Topaz plugins do you try to install?

Do you try the installation as a Adminidtrator or an user with Admin rights?

Do you get any error message(s)? If yes, please post the message(s) here word-by-word.

My System: Intel i7-8700K - 64GB RAM - NVidia Geforce RTX 3060 - Windows 11 Pro 25H2 -- LR-Classic 15 - Photoshop 27 - Nik Collection 8 - PureRAW 6 - Topaz Photo AI
