Adjustment Layers for multiple "Linked" layers

Might work - but would need to copy/paste after each adjustment, which kinda negates the utility of a single adjustment layer.
I do a fair bit of teamshot (poster) compilation style images. I like to add content in behind/around the team members, but in front of the background. I often add text, or texture/filtered effect to soften/disguise the harsh b/g whilst still maintaining placement.
The image stack is usually a forground(team members masked ), middle will usually be a grouping with text/texture/other elements) with the background being duplicate of the foreground.

The attatched image 'template' is prob not the best example. The background and the girls on the rhs are part of single image. Aim is to use something like this as a template and adjust layer applied levels for tuning swapped in images of other team members, or team colours etc on the rhs.
