Adjustments panel tutorial video popup doesn't go away

This popup always shows up when I click the adjustment panel. There's no way to x out of it or click away from it. It covers up the adjustment options I was going to click on. It's extremely annoying! I know how to use adjustments. They're not a new feature. How do I turn off this tutorial popup?

Which version of Photoshop are you using? Could you try going to Photoshop > Preferences > Tools and disabling "Rich Tooltips" to see if that helps?
