Administrator meldet sich nicht !

Hallo zusammen.

Trotz gültiger Lizenz bis November 2026 wurde mein Zugang zu Photoshop Creative Cloud vom Administrator vorübergehend gesperrt. Desktop Einblendung.

Ich habe mich an den zuständigen Administrator gewandt und bekomme seit Tagen keine Rückmeldung.

Photoshop kann ich seit Tagen nicht mehr nutzen!

und habe bezahlt dafür....

Was tun ?

@Rolko Question is this... if this is your work computer, then go walk to the IT department. That email may be bouncing around in cloud space... whoever that IT Guy is in your company.

If you bought Photoshop yourself, and installed it, then, you are the adminstrator.

Do you have a legitimate subscription to Adobe? Or a used one?

@Rolko The adminstrator? Are you talking about your work colleague? Who's this adminstrator? If this is a work computer, go see the IT guy. Are you using the correct Adobe ID?

I have contacted the responsible administrator and have not received any feedback for days.

Do you have a managed plan such as Enterprise, Teams, or Education? Or did you purchase your plan as an individual?
