Question

Adobe CC Library Brushes not syncing to Photoshop on iPad.

As I've called out in the title I cannot get any of my brushes in Adobe CC Library to appear in Photoshop on iPad. I can import brushes manually without issue.

For reference, all my brushes in Adobe Fresco appear without issue.

This wouldn't be a problem... if it werent for the fact that there is no way to export .abr files from CC library (that I've found) for a manual import into Photoshop.

How do I resolve this?

Many thanks.

Hey, @Pj Smith. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.

You can use Adobe Capture to Export Libraries as ABR files & import custom brushes in Photoshop iPad: https://adobe.ly/4gAgWI6

Let me know if this helps. Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K, thanks for help.

I've explored the solution you've provided and there is an issue, my libraries aren't consistently syncing within Capture.

In Capture, most of my brush libraries are not loading in their respective brushes (screen attached). The rest, load only a few of the brushes. I did test your export method (export .abr from Capture, then import .abr into Photoshop), it does work however I'll need to able to access my full library via Capture and currently as noted above this isn't working.

I've attached a few images so you can see the issue — one image shows a portion of my library in Capture, this library. The second image shows the same library, this time in Creative Cloud, so you can see that the libraries are indeed synced with your servers

As a side note – there really should be a way to do this in bulk, manually exporting .abr files individually is a very cumbersome way of managing brush collection.

Thanks again for the help @Sameer K
