Adobe Cloud new prices Photographer Subscription

I changed my membership from 1 Tb to 20 GB on July 29, 2023. The next period will therefore start on 29 July 2025. I have heard that in the future you will have to pay annually. Can I then indicate on July 29 that I want to pay the subscription per year? Or should they do so before 15 January? January 15 is a date that I have heard but cannot find anywhere, not even that I will have to pay my subscription per year in the future. Thanks for an answer
