adobe dishonest for cs6

hello everyone

I have a problem excuse me for my bad English I am French and I use a translator

I bought the suite adobe master collection cs6 in store several years ago in cd format following a virus I formatted my pc of course while taking care to keep the key of my photoshop license warm or I no longer have the cd could you please explain to me how to find photoshop cs6 and identify me with my personal key.

I had the Adobe master collection cs6 suite on cd so nothing appears in my order history on my adobe account since I never bought anything online from them.

"We couldn’t find any orders associated with your account"
Here is the message when I click on my order history.

I specify that my suite Adobe master collection cs6 was bought more than 500 euros at the time in auchan store and that at the time all these stories of cloud and serial number adobe online did not exist it was just enough to install the software with the cd provided and to enter his license key.

At the limit the other software of the suite I don’t care I need photoshop how please to find the software photoshop cs6 install on my pc and identify myself with my license key that is in my possession.

I think you are being totally unreasonable. Adobe doesn't owe you anything.

1. You didn't purchsase directly from Adobe.

2. You didn't write down your serial number and keep it in a safe place.

3. You no longer have the installation media you received at purchase.

4. If you need Photoshop, stop complaining and buy it.

Unfortunately, Photoshop CS6 can only be downloaded from Adobe if the original purchase was also on line.

If you purchased the suite on DVD I don't think there will be down link for you in you adobe order the will be no billing info history. However in your MY products section you should see your Products and serials and dates.
