Adobe Photoshop Bad Quality Images as soon as uploaded

Hi,

I seem to have a serious issue with my Adobe Desktop App, working on Lenovo Laptop.

As soon as I open my pictures to edit them in Photoshop( note the picture have been taken with an iPhone 14 Promax and iPhone 15 in the DNG Format), the Photoshop destroys the quality immediately before even starting to edit.

My app is update, everything seems to be working properly, but it literarily takes the quality of the picture down by 10 after just uploading it to Photoshop. 

I need help, I do not know what to do.

What do you mean by 'destroys the quality' and 'literarily takes the quality of the picture down by 10' ?
Can you share some screenshots to demonstrate.
Remember, ACR default settings are just a starting point - they are not supposed to match any camera/phone settings and need to be adjusted per image.
