Adobe Photoshop Compatibility

I am having an issue with my newly installed Photoshop. I just downloaded it to my Acer Nitro 5 and if i try to do full screen it shows a crashed screen and the minimized screen doesn't show the menu selections, or any of my tools. I verified and everthing looks ok with my laptop compatibilty and Windows Compatibility. THis is technically a gaming  laptop but everthing should be fine.... Reallly need this to work because it got to much to work on..... tried uninstalling and installing again and same thing is still happening.... Please!! Any help is welcome!! Here are my laptop specifications:

have you fixed it? im interested in buying the exact same model pc and this is making me rethink...

Hi there,

 

Try updating in Windows, in Windows Update and also go to Creative Cloud Desktop and check for updates.

Also check the GPU driver, maybe it can be in an earlier version.

 

I could tell you that 8Gb is very little for Adobe, today we recommend having at least 16.

It is a good machine, it should not be bothering, check this again to see. Also the compactness of the card and if in preferences this performance is enabled by GPU.

Are all the Windows Updates installed and all the Photoshop updated inestalled and is your displays adapter device driver the latest version available  from AMD for your AMD Radeon RX 560x . If not Update all  your software. If all is Updated Post  you (Windows or Adobe) Crash report details and also post your Photoshop CC menu Help>System Info data.
