Adobe RAW hand tool and sliders not working click and drag

Mysteriously today, the hand tool and sliders in Adobe RAW do not work when I click and drag with my mouse.   The hand tool works correctly to click and drag in the Photoshop main program.  I'm a new user.  Not sure if I changed a setting, but it was working before they pushed the update to PS 2021.  HELP PLEASE I'm taking a photography class and homework is due Tuesday.

I am able to click on the slider bars or type in a numerical value to make the adjustments in RAW (ie, expsoure, contrast, colors etc).  I just cannot click and drag them.  When I zoom in and hit the space bar, the hand tool shows up on the screen, but will not drag and move the picture.
