Adobe service is horrible

I tried PS with the 7-days free trial. Near the end I cancelled the renewal. Renewal happens anyways, so I contact them and they offer me 3 free months for the inconvenience. Everything seems good. Two days later I cannot access PS anymore, they elaborated my request of cancelling the plan and cancelled the plan, after I already paid for it. I contact them. I had to work hard to get a "full" reimbursement and they make it sound like it was a caring act from them. The reimbursement wasn't obviously full because there are taxes on it. So I asked if they could work something out since would have had to pay taxes twice because of their error. Nothing could be done. In the end I lost 5 euros in taxes and have no subscription. Completely unacceptable.

Let me know what you think, I'll also attach some images that you can translate from italian.

Feature Requests (Idea) and Bug Reports are registered at Adobe, otherwise this is essentially a user Forum.

So we cannot help with license/billing issues. 

I suppose you could try escalating the issue to the superiors of whoever you were in contact with, but I doubt they have many options of accomodating you in this case.
