Adobe service is horrible
I tried PS with the 7-days free trial. Near the end I cancelled the renewal. Renewal happens anyways, so I contact them and they offer me 3 free months for the inconvenience. Everything seems good. Two days later I cannot access PS anymore, they elaborated my request of cancelling the plan and cancelled the plan, after I already paid for it. I contact them. I had to work hard to get a "full" reimbursement and they make it sound like it was a caring act from them. The reimbursement wasn't obviously full because there are taxes on it. So I asked if they could work something out since would have had to pay taxes twice because of their error. Nothing could be done. In the end I lost 5 euros in taxes and have no subscription. Completely unacceptable.
