Hi

I bought Creative Cloud for PHOTO (Photoshop and Lightroom) and I install them on my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2017 – i7 quad-core 4,2 GHz – 48 GB DDR4).

Before I use Photoshop 2015.

When I try to update through the app I get an error message saying: “Adobe Updater. Updates have been disabled for this machine. Please contact your administrator.”

If i try to update through the Creative cloud updater it says the app is up to date but something is not going WELL…

I uninstalled everything, CLEAR the system, then reinstalled ALL and... NOTHING!!!

This message appear when I try to update from Photoshop 22.2.0.

I uninstall EVERYTHING!

I TRY EVERYTHING!

Someone could help me?

First of all, you don't update from each individual application. You update from the Creative Cloud desktop app. It handles everything - install, uninstall, updates. It's your complete application manager.

Second, you can't update "from" Photoshop v 22.2. That is the latest and current version, there's nothing to update.

Hi @D Fosse , is this CC a part of adobe app when one installs any one of the Adobe Software or standalone app? Thanks!
