AI credits - no way to verify their amount!!!

Hi! This is, not perhaps outrageous, but very bad indeed! Trying to create with Nano Banana a small detail in a photo I get an announcement that my credits have been used. Well, this appeared to me not so true, although not being able to verify that absolutely. Then, trying to verify the balance THAT wasn't possible to do - no data appeared after very many attempts. WHAT did APPEAR was an offer to buy more credits! What is this??? I'm dissuated to buy more credits BUT I'm not shown how much I have them left. A realty check for Adobe, do you just want to sell your stuff?? Obviously. Regards, tmas.

Thanks for all help but now it is the next day's evening here, and the problem stays! Also this time I've tried all kind of approaches (including boots) but the result is the message (something like this): Not found, try later!!! Fortunately, that message isn't shown to me when I start PS or Bridge (I guess it is shown if I start using AI, as it was yesterday). I can even send here my comments and questions. Happy that I'm not informed: Thanks for the cash a few weeks ago but we cannot help you in using your resources or credits, whether you have them or not!

Please give me a hint where I can send my feedback to, as it is (practically) impossible to check the balance of my credits! As you can see from this message chain the problem is not new. Taken together, just only once I saw the balance some 3 sec when I had navigated through Creative Cloud to my account. And I had bought additional credits!!! Then, the information vanished and the text appeared to keep loading until I was informed Try again! I've tried several approaches including quitting and signing in a couple of times plus disabling privacy and ad removal extensions. In vain! So what and where is the solution and where can I send my tired and ... feedback?

Happy 😑.... I have an iPhone. Through it I could see the balance - and it didn't vanish in 3 sec. Adobe knows! 😵‍💫

It can definitely be confusing.  A good first resource is the Photoshop Discover panel accessed via the magnifying glass in the top right corner.  Using the simple search term Generative Credits takes you to this page with an FAQ that leads you to this handy chart

Work through the seven FAQ questions and answers, and you should be much better placed to predict Generative Credit useage.

You mentioned seeing an invite to purchase more Credits.  I have had that same message presented to me when I still had several thousand credits left, and I agree, it is confusing. Things are moving very quickly with the Ai tools.  It's only two and a bit months since the partner models were added, and all the Creative Cloud apps have their own implementation of Ai enhanced tools.  I'm inclined to cut the Development Teams some slack, but they should take on board that the situation is confusing for most of us, and maybe do more to make it clearer.

Hi @tuomasvirtanen.net, Totally understand how confusing credit counts can be, so I wanted to share a quick walkthrough that should make things clearer. You can access your generative credit count in your Adobe account or by navigating to your product’s in-app home screen and selecting your profile icon. A counter will show the number of monthly generative credits allocated to your account and the number of generative credits you have used in this cycle.

To check how many credits a certain feature costs, you can reference this article: https://adobe.ly/49KLvch.

I hope this helps! ^CH
