AI denoise keep jamming about 1 in 5 times with a white out and the computer locked with the error

I am having a nightmare with the recent Adobe upgrade - AI fails about 1 in 5 times and the screen gives a white out image and the error message "could not complete .." - the computer is jammed and has to be unplugged. I have tried to reach Adobe - no way of speaking to them - nightmare company. I changed the various settings suggested by this expert community which reduce the "crash rate" but it is still really really poor and a dreadfgul upgrade - I am thinking of moving to another photo editing programme because the latest upgrade has snookered me!

A second issue is that the upgrade has caused my regular screen to lose all the toolbars and having spent 2 hours trying to find them I give up - please sack these pregrammers!
