AI doesn't work in Photoshop

In addition to what JEL said, can you go to Help > About and Copy, then Paste the entire contents into a Reply window in this thread?

Also, you said you installed Photoshop from the CC app, but you did not say if you have a valid paid subscription, which is required for Generative Fill.
