AI generation: Check internet connection

Question

When I want to replace an element in a photo with generative generation, it doesn't work, and a window pops up saying to check my internet connection. But my internet connection is fine. Sometimes this feature worked well after updating the Windows operating system, but now I can't generate again. Please help!

Hey, @Alice5E6F. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I reviewed the account you used to log in, and I found an active subscription.

Does this happen with specific images or subjects? You can use GenFill on an image you've saved where GenFill worked.

You can try using Photoshop Web (https://adobe.ly/3WkhVFm) on an alternate device & internet network to rule out that it is a network issue.
